Have a question or found something that does not work as expected?

Include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots can help, but please hide any personal information first.

Add a task

Tap “What needs doing?”, type your task, and tap the arrow or the keyboard’s Done key. Pressing Done with an empty field closes the keyboard.

Timers and scheduled reminders

Choose a duration before adding a task to start a countdown when it is saved. Use Calendar to choose a due date and time instead. In Settings, you can choose when the Live Activity appears and when timer reminders are sent.

Arrival reminders

Open Map, search for a place or choose a point, and select the arrival area. Add the task to save the reminder. Location access, Precise Location and notifications must be enabled. Notification delivery is managed by iOS.

If a reminder does not appear

Check notification permissions for Ah. in your device’s Settings. Focus modes, notification settings, Location Services and system conditions can affect how alerts appear. Live Activities can also be disabled separately in Settings.

Your tasks and privacy

Task data stays on your device. There is no Ah. account or app-managed cloud sync. Completed tasks are removed after one week. Read the privacy policy for details about storage, permissions and Apple services.
